Precautions for use
If the following precautions and prohibitions are not observed, any repair work costs, cleaning costs, etc. will be the full responsibility of the customer. (actual costs).Those under the age of 23, those who have obtained a driver's license within three years, and those with a student or learner’s driver's license cannot sign a contract.
Due to legal provisions, we are unable to rent vehicles with a driver from our shop, or introduce or arrange a driver. Just before returning, please return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel/ light oil (diesel) . Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is prohibited inside the vehicle . (Penalties apply) The use of firearms and cooking with strong odors inside the vehicle are prohibited. Customers are responsible for managing maintenance (flat tires, batteries, etc.) during rental.

A refund will be made in full if our vehicle is suddenly not available for rental due to accidents that occur during other rentals, vehicle damage, breakdowns, circumstances beyond our control, natural disasters, or other force majeure circumstances. In that case, we will refund the full amount of your reservation application or reservation deposit.
As this is a special vehicle, we are not responsible for warranties for replacement vehicles, other damages (campgrounds, hotels, other transportation facilities, etc.), nor are we responsible for penalties. However, if we determine that there was negligence after our investigation, we will provide a certain amount of compensation.
If you are involved in an accident, please take the following steps.
Park the vehicle in a safe location, giving top priority to ensuring safety and identifying and rescuing injured persons.

First aid
We perform emergency repairs and light work in case of dead battery, gas shortage, locked key, flat tire, etc.
*However, the customer will be responsible for the cost of parts and any portion that exceeds the compensation limit. "Tow truck transport"
The vehicle will be towed to a repair shop.
All accidents caused by customer carelessness will be the responsibility of the customer.
Regarding the handling of abandoned vehicle confirmation marks due to parking violations during the usage period: Please go to the police station listed on the confirmation mark and complete the prescribed procedures and pay the fine. Please return the rental car after the violation has been resolved. When returning the vehicle, please present the documents you received at the police station and the fine payment slip/receipt.
*If the violation is not handled
If the violation is not cleared by the time you return the rental car, you will be required to pay a parking violation fee of ¥30,000 as compensation. After paying the fine, we will refund the compensation in exchange for the fine payment receipt.
Insurance/compensation details
In order for our customers to use our services with peace of mind, we have the following insurance coverage. In the unlikely event that an accident occurs, we will compensate you within the compensation limit according to the insurance company's terms and conditions. You will be responsible for any damage not covered by insurance or damage that exceeds the coverage limit.
*Included in rental fee
*Vehicle compensation does not cover repair costs not covered by insurance, such as damage to or staining of the vehicle's equipment or equipment that requires repair of the vehicle or its interior or exterior due to customer negligence other than an accident. In that case, the repair cost will be responsible by the customer.
Main cases where the insurance/compensation system is not applicable
The customer forfeits protections covered by the insurance/compensation system when not observing the following conditions:
*Failure to observe the safety rules as describe above, such as contacting the police to obtain a written report at the time of the accident
*If you negotiate a settlement with the other party without permission
*If there is a violation of the matters listed in the rental agreement
*In the event that an accident occurs when someone other than the person submitted at the time of the rental agreement is driving the vehicle.
*Intentional or gross negligence
*Unlicensed, drugged, under the influence of alcohol
*If you are late during the rental period without contacting us and an accident occurs.
*We will not be held responsible for any damage (defacement, damage, theft, etc.) to items brought in by the customer.
*If there are other reasons attributable to the customer.
